PlateTXT

PlateTXT is a bright new company focused on mobile app development across multiple industry verticals and technology platforms. We are proud to have recently launched a SaaS model for mobile app development and are testing internally.  We expect this SaaS platform to allow companies and individuals to actively participate in the design, build, and on-going content management of their mobile app presence. The Mobile Control Panel (MCP)  platform is a powerful browser-based system that is simple to use and gives companies the ability to interact with their mobile application. Our patent pending technology enables customers to change their mobile app structure, add content, define advertising campaigns, and test new mobile features and functionality.

We are continually innovating new products and new solutions focused on enterprise business solutions, and social networking.  However, we realize there are potentially hundreds of ideas that we will never get to in our product roadmap, so we encourage Developers and Entrepreneurs to take advantage of what we have already built.  The power of this platform can be used to help others bring their new ideas and products to market, while leaving the complexities of managing the platform to us.

Leadership Team

Jesus Unzueta - President & CEO

Mr. Unzueta was appointed President & CEO in February 2009 and is focused on platform strategy and business launch.  Prior to PlateTXT, Mr. Unzueta was VP of Operations and Information Technology at Convera technologies, where he helped shape their online vertical search business.  He is a 15-year veteran of corporate IT management and previously held IT Leadership positions at Macromedia/Adobe, Peregrine Systems, and Time Warner.  

Mr. Unzueta holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at The University of Southern California, a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and an Executive Technology Management Certificate from the California Institute of Technology. 

Jesus is married to Christyn Unzueta and has three children Jordan Ashleigh, Ethan James, and Lucas John Unzueta. 

David Nunnerley - SVP and CTO

David joined PlateTXT in September, 2009 and has been focused on preparing the platform for launch.  Prior to PlateTXT, David was SVP, Engineering and Operations, at Convera Technologies, Inc.  At Convera, he was instrumental in developing the company's performance-driven search and categorization technology platform.  In 2005, he became responsible for Convera's Engineering and Datacenter Operations for the new Excalibur Web Search platform.

Prior to Convera, he held leadership positions at Videopress Software and Digital Equipment Corporation.  At DEC, he served in various product management and engineering positions related to databases, operating systems, transaction processing, and multimedia for 15 years.

Mr. Nunnerley holds a BS in Computer Science from the Universit of Greenwich, London, England.  David lives in Carlsbad, California and has four sons.

The PlateTXT Philanthrophy Program is based on their same simple idea: Donate 1% of PlateTXT's resources to support organizations working to make our communities better places to live.
